Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing our services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and any other applicable policies.

2. User Responsibilities

   You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must keep your account information (including your OpenAI API key) and any other sensitive information confidential.

3. Payments

   Secure Transactions: All payments on BlogeaAi are processed using Stripe, a secure and renowned payment processing service. Your payment details are encrypted and secured by Stripe.
   Subscription Model: Payments for our services are on a month-to-month subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless and until you cancel it. Billing occurs on the first of each month. New subscriptions that start during the month will be prorated based on the remaining days in that month.
   Each month, users on the Full Plan are entitled to $5.00 USD of credit. Once this monthly credit is exhausted, specific features including and not limited to: creating new blogs and using the blog assistant chats will be unavailable. Any unused credits within the month do not carry over to the next month and will expire. However, the $5.00 USD credit refreshes at the beginning of each new month.
   Subscribers of the Full Plan, have the option to purchase top-up credits if they exceed their monthly credit of $5.00 USD. Please note that these credits are valid only for the month of purchase. They do not carry over or accumulate from one month to the next. These Credits are Non-Refundable.
   No Refunds: If you choose to cancel your subscription, there will be no refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period. However, you will retain access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle.
   Billing Discrepancies: In case of any billing discrepancies or issues, you are encouraged to contact us at [email protected]. We will do our best to resolve such issues in a timely manner.

4. Prohibited Actions

   You agree not to use our services to create, post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Compliance with OpenAI Policies

   As our service uses the OpenAI API, you are also bound by OpenAI's policies and terms of use. Please refer to OpenAI's Terms of Use, General Policies, and Data Usage Policies. Failure to comply with these policies may result in suspension or termination of your access to our service.

6. Service Modifications and Pricing

   We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

7. Termination

   We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

   In no event will BlogeaAi, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory.
